Terms and Conditions

  1. Care and Use: The Client agrees that the dress received is in good condition and further agrees to handle the rental with care and only use same for its intended purpose. Any damage or stains incurred during the rental period will be billed separately.
  1. Dress Rental cost: The rental cost is due for payment 45 days before the wedding date as indicated by the Client. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in the unavailability of the dress on the scheduled wedding date.
  1. Security Deposit: The Client shall be charged a non- refundable Security deposit of 33% of the Dress rental Cost, upon selecting and reserving a dress for rental. This payment is due on signing of the contract..
  1. Cancellations: Client Agrees that Cancellations within 14 calendar days before the wedding date will result in the forfeiture of any amount paid towards the dress. This applies irrespective of when the contract was signed

  1. Dress/Accessory Return: The Client agrees to return the dress and accessories within two calendar days after the event. Dresses will be inspected on return for signs of alteration or damage.
  1. Late returns of Dress/Accessories:  Late returns incur a cost of 15% per day of the dress rental cost. Other arrangements with KARMON BRIDES must be made to avoid this charge.
  1. Failure to Return Fee: Client agrees to re-imburse the full-dress cost if the dress is not returned.
  1. Loss or Damage: The Client is responsible for the safe care and return of the items and agrees to re-imburse the full cost of the dress in the event of loss of damage.
  1. Alterations: No alterations are allowed by the Client or agents acting on behalf of the Client. In the event of any alterations, Client hereby agrees to reimburse the full replacement cost of the dress.
  1. Dress Collection (pick-up). Any outstanding balance must be paid at least two weeks before the wedding/event to secure the dress and allow for timely preparation.
  1. Confirmation: The Client must check all rental items for correctness during collection to ensure they are acceptable, complete, and in good condition.
  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card.
