Terms And Conditions
This Agreement is entered into on ____ day of ____________ , year: _______: Between KARMON BRIDAL and ______________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Client’) and sets out all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Care and Use:
The Client agrees that the dress received is in good condition and that dress will be handled with due care and only used for its intended purpose.
2. Payments:
The Client shall pay a non-refundable down payment of $15,000 immediately after selecting and reserving a dress for rental. This down payment becomes non-refundable immediately after it is paid. The remaining rental balance (the full rental amount, less the down payment) shall be due no later than thirty (30) calendar days before the wedding date. Failure to complete this payment within the thirty (30) day period may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and full forfeiture of any amounts already paid.
3. Cancellations:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that any cancellation made within fourteen (14) calendar days before the wedding date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental cost. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances for cancellations made within this fourteen-day period, regardless of when this agreement was executed.
4. Dress/Accessory Return:
The Client agrees to return the dress and accessories within two calendar days after the event. Dresses will be inspected on return, and the security deposit forfeited in the event for signs of alteration, damage, or excessive soiling.
5. Late returns of Dress/Accessories:
Late returns will incur a cost of $5,000 per day of the dress rental cost. Other arrangements with KARMON BRIDES must be made to avoid this charge.
6. Loss or Damage:
The Client is responsible for the safe care and return of the items and agrees to re-imburse the full cost of the dress in the event of: Failure to return, loss, damage, or Alterations.
7. Payment Methods: Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
8. Dress Alterations: All cost for dress alterations will be borne by the Client.
9. Security Deposit:
The Client shall be charged a refundable Security deposit of $8,000 as security for excessive soiling, or minor damage to the dress. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the item(s), less any deductions for damages or soiling, if applicable.
